Our Story

Amana Manori is the CEO and Founder of the Highness Group of Companies which includes Highness Global Capital Inc.. (Highness Capital) Amana boasts over two decades of experience in global capital markets originally specializing in structuring alternative investments for ultra high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional/institutional-grade investors.

With a law degree into the Canadian hedge fund industry, Amana held the positions of Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at the Canadian arm of the global hedge fund giant, the Man Group, plc. Transitioning to a boutique exempt market dealership, she co-founded one of the country’s most active placement agency firms.

At Highness Capital, Amana has built a specialized global financial services agency and Canadian securities dealership (exempt market dealer). She continues to align sophisticated capital with premium alternative opportunities, actively originating and sourcing equity, deals, debt facilities, capital and human capital or strategic relationships.

Academically accomplished, Amana holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Political Science and Philosophy. A member of the Law Society of Ontario and a Governance Course (Intermediate) graduate from the Canadian Board Diversity Council, Amana continues her legal and governance practices as in-house counsel to the Highness Group of Companies.

Beyond her financial endeavors, Amana is dedicated to mentoring young talent and has a significant presence in various businesses, including founding a flourishing Contemporary Art Agency and Design Firm and a new publishing venture. Recognized as a trusted advisor and accomplished business architect, she lends her expertise to a myriad of early-stage ventures solidifying her role as a multifaceted leader.  In addition to her financial roles, Amana contributes insights to various publications, including Family Office Elite Magazine.
